Modern French Cheese + Wine

  • The Cheese School of San Francisco 900 North Point Street San Francisco, CA, 94109 United States (map)

We often celebrate France’s most enduring cheeses: Roquefort, Comte, Brie. But what has France done for cheese lately? A lot! In this class, I’ll introduce you to the cheeses created from the turn of the 20th Century to the present day. You’ll learn what traditions remained strong and what changed with the times.

Note: If the class is sold out, please click here to be placed on the waiting list. We'll notify you if any spots open up.
