Old World Wine, New World Cheese

  • The Cheese School of San Francisco 900 North Point Street San Francisco, CA, 94109 United States (map)

These days, domestic produced cheese rival some of the best from Europe and beyond. In this class, we’ll examine what took these originals to new heights in a new market. From bandaged wrapped cheddars produced in the states to a version of Stilton produced here in the Bay Area. Paired with old styles of wine.

Note: If the class is sold out, please click here to be placed on the waiting list. We'll notify you if any spots open up.
