Finding a good cheesecloth is a bit of a pain. They’re either so thin they can’t hold milk, or so bleached you wonder what chemicals are creeping around. This one from Country Trading of New Zealand is the exception. Two square yards and sturdy enough to strain yogurt, cheese, and even sauces, this cheesecloth is huge and reusable. It is also made with organic, biodegradable, and unbleached cotton.

Wash and line dry before use and you’re good to go. After using, rinse with warm, soapy water and toss it in the washer to sanitize. Easy.
